Go-to-Market Intern
Pocketlaw is seeking a highly ambitious, result-driven, and proactive student or recent graduate in engineering or business to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) team as a GTM Intern on a part-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience of how a revenue department operates within the tech industry. You will work on a variety of tasks across multiple functions within our revenue department, allowing you to learn many new skills. This exposure will enable you to explore different areas, gain insights into your interests, and help you discover what you are passionate about for your future career.
The preferred start date is as soon as possible, but the beginning of 2025 is also an option.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales/Pipeline: Go beyond traditional sales and pipeline functions by focusing on automation and process optimization. Leverage automation to enhance our pipeline generation, engaging key decision-makers across multiple channels such as email, social media, and more
- Customer Success: Leverage the latest technology to build guidelines and onboarding flows throughout the entire customer journey, enhancing customer success.
- Support: Coordinate incoming support tickets and collaborate with customer success, support, and finance to resolve issues and improve our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and overall customer satisfaction.

Marketing: Support with content creation, including writing LinkedIn copy and creating marketing email content.
Qualifications

Engineering or business student/graduate: Relevant education that enables you to quickly understand and adapt to Pocketlaw, preferably in the final stages of your studies with strong academic performance.

Ability to work part-time: Approximately half-time in an internship setup.

"Can-do" attitude: Proactive and capable of making independent decisions.

Strong computer skills: Comfortable using various technical tools and platforms, including AI.

Excellent attention to detail: Accuracy in everything you do.

Fluent in English and Swedish: Both written and verbal.
