Growth Operations Manager
Pocketlaw is seeking a proactive and data-driven Growth Operations Manager to join our growing commercial team. This role is ideal for someone with broader commercial experience across revenue operations, sales operations, and marketing, ready to take ownership of operational excellence and contributing hands-on with marketing initiatives. As a Growth Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in optimizing commercial workflows, analyzing revenue and marketing data, and leading the alignment of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams.
This is an ambitious, broad role that spans both Revenue Operations and Marketing, making it a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, processes, and creativity.
Experience in SaaS or legal tech will make you stand out, but it is not a requirement. A strong passion for data, automation, and leveraging tools to enhance efficiency is highly desirable.
This position reports directly to the VP Revenue and offers significant opportunities for professional development and growth within a fast-paced, expanding, and exciting company.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee, manage, and continuously improve CRM and Revenue tools to support team efficiency and scalability.
- Analyze key Revenue and Marketing metrics to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making.
- Build and maintain automated workflows to streamline internal GTM processes and enhance customer interactions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Support teams to address ad hoc requests and ensure operational alignment.
- Support and execute hands-on Marketing initiatives, including LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and optimized workflows to drive lead generation and engagement, as well as lead the work of external SEO and SEM consultants.
- Contribute to Product Marketing efforts, including developing messaging and positioning strategies that align with customer needs and company goals.
- Develop and execute Sales enablement strategies, including creating sales territories and providing representatives with actionable prospecting data.
- Enhance contact databases through data enrichment and lead generation to support pipeline growth.
- Manage and administer monthly commission payouts and yearly commission plans.
- Monitor and manage key partnerships, such as AWS, to ensure alignment with revenue goals and maximize partnership value
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS organization.
- Extensive knowledge of CRM systems and tools, with expertise in implementing, managing, and optimizing their usage (HubSpot is highly desirable).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience building and automating workflows that enhance operational efficiency.
- Experience managing commissions, creating sales territories, and supporting sales enablement initiatives.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
- Interest or knowledge in AI and its applications in marketing and operations.
